For reservations and/or to purchase advance tickets call 423-727-7444 (at any time) and leave a message (with your name and phone number). A staff member will be return your call within 48 hours. Advance tickets may also be purchased at our Box Office every Thurs. and Fri. 11 am-1 pm. The reserved seat tickets will be sold at the door (if still available) but for best seat selection purchase early!
Tickets are sold at the main theatre entrance at 211 N. Church St., Mountain City, at least 30 minutes before performances. A ticket counter is located inside the front door of the theatre. For best seat selection, buy your tickets in advance.
Heritage Hall Productions offer discounts for for groups of 15 or more (when purchased in advance and as a block) and to youths (18 and under). Please contact the ticket office for details.

FYI
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the historic building. Food service is not available. Pre-event dining is available in downtown Mountain City and along South Shady St./Hwy. 421. Lodging options also are available. Contact the box office for details or the Johnson County Welcome Center at 423-727-5800. It is located at Hwy. 421 and South Church Street.
Accessibility
The main theatre entrance floor is barrier-free. There are several just-for-wheelchair spaces. Please inquire about them when you purchase your tickets.
The theatre's front door has steps leading to the foyer, ticket sales and entry doors. A small number of seats are located in a balcony reached by stairs only.
Handicap access from the outdoors is located at the north "side door" of the building. This is down the right side of the building, starting from the entrance doors. If you need to use this entrance, please have your ticket ready, knock on the door labeled "Heritage Hall" and an usher will seat your party. This door is closed when the performance starts (no late entry). |
