Known for his diversity, Kody not only sings, he also plays several instruments including guitar,mandolin, and banjo. He and his band travel around the country to give people a professional show they won't forget. They have established a hard driving blend of bluegrass music along with a unique lonesome mountain sound. Although young, their sound and stage presence has been rated highly among veteran musicians.
Monday, Feb. 27 - 7pm
A six-piece musical show band that takes the best popular music and blends it in a show that appeals to all ages. The group is considered by critics to be one of the most versatile and inspiring musical organizations in the world. Its members, selected by highly-competitive audition, represent some of the finest musical talent in America. More than six decades as the military's most traveled musicians have earned them the title, "The Musical Ambassadors of the Army.”
Friday, April 6 - 7pm, A Man Called Peter is the compelling story of Scottish minister Peter Marshall, who as a young man, traveled to Washington, D.C. and became the pastor of the Church of the Presidents. By the time of his death, he was the chaplain to the Senate and a greatly respected man. Although he was a Presbyterian, the wisdom and sincerity of his sermons appealed to people of all faiths.
Tuesday, April 24 - 7 pm A talented group of East Tennessee State Music Majors specializing in jazz – a great night for enthusiasts in this genre. ________________________________

Renowned musician from Watauga County, NC. Recipient of the National Medal of Arts, National Heritage Fellowship and eight Grammy Awards (including Lifetime Achievement), Doc Watson is a legendary performer who blends his traditional Appalachian musical roots with bluegrass, country, gospel and blues to create a unique style and an expansive repertoire. He is a powerful singer and a tremendously influential picker, who virtually invented the art of playing mountain fiddle tunes on the flattop guitar.
Blue Suede Soul Band with Elvis - This evening will feature Ben and Kathy Bradford from the former Deja Vue Band on keyboard and vocals, along with Jason Blevins and Dub Lowe on guitar and drums. AND, of course the impeccable Elvis impersonations of Andy Woodall, a favorite in Johnson County. The music will include New Orleans Blues, Swamp Pop, Soft Rock and Elvis classics.
During Price’s Heritage Hall concert, he and his band will be playing Old English ballads and songs that Tom Ashley performed in the 20’s and 30’s. He will also be performing old time fiddle tunes as well as gospel songs . Additionally, he will be singing and playing old songs and ballads about local stories along with a brief history of each. This group is known for their incredible talent on a variety of instruments. Saturday. Aug. 18 - 7 pm The Appalachian Men's Express Chorus is a 35-person choral ensemble well-known throughout the Appalachian Region for their beautiful musical presentations. Since 1968, they have been entertaining audiences with the sounds of four part Barbershop harmony. The members come from all areas of the Tri-Cities, and their talents have allowed the Chorus to become one of the most respected singing organizations in the region. They have been directed by Tony Bowman since 1982, and they have performed at the Lincoln Theater in Marion, Virginia and the Paramount in Bristol, Tennessee.
Saturday, Sept. 8 6 pm Marjorie specializes in Mother Goose rhymes and stories and Aesop's Fables. According to a former event organizer,"Marjorie Shaefer is a delight! Her stories capture your imagination and carry you away. She's a great addition to any family event. ..Both youth and adults enjoy…”
Saturday. Sept. 22 7 pm Wayne Henderson's top-notch finger-picking is a source of great pleasure and pride; his guitar playing has also been enjoyed at Carnegie Hall, in three national tours of "Masters of the Steel-String Guitar", and in seven nations in Asia. Jeff Little is a remarkable musician, steeped in the tradition of his native Blue Ridge, yet also a virtuosic and eclectic innovator. His piano style includes Old-Time Country, Folk, Americana music and the adaptation of fiddle tunes. His distinctive two-handed style has been greatly influenced by the mountain flatpicked guitar tradition. Helen White, Wayne’s friend and fellow musician, is a bass player whose talent adds a great deal to the overall performance. A local band of experienced and talented musicians, Jack Proffitt, Barry & Quint Reece, and Bob Mink, who wowed the Aaron Tippin crowd last summer. They not only have an incredible sound, they also keep the crowd amused with stories and antics so much so they have developed an area following. Saturday. Nov. 17 - 7 pm
John Woodall is a talented singer/songwriter who has wowed many audiences at Heritage Hall with his own vocals and with the impressive line up of talent that he always provides. The show will feature Christmas classics along with originals and a sing along at the end. uitable for the whole family, this could be a great way to enhance your Christmas spirit.
